YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:

  • In this exciting position with deputy management, you will be responsible for and optimise the entire production process in a dynamic fresh produce production environment
  • You will manage the preparation, packaging and labelling areas, which you will lead both in terms of discipline and expertise and be responsible for maintaining and further developing processes
  • You are jointly responsible for personnel scheduling, production planning and machine utilisation planning
  • You will actively work on the production lines and manage daily production
  • Ensuring compliance with and monitoring quality standards, hygiene regulations and legal requirements are also part of your duties
  • You will work closely with production management and intralogistics
  • Deputising for the production manager during their absence rounds off your area of responsibility

THESE ARE THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Completed training, ideally in the food sector
  • Several years of professional experience in a line-managed production company in the food sector is an advantage
  • Management experience in teams with 5 - 20 employees
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP knowledge an advantage
  • Driving licence B & own car to reach the workplace
  • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation in the time window from 6 am - 8 pm (no night shift) and in cooled areas (0 - 8 degrees)
  • Very good knowledge of German (any other language is an advantage)
  • High quality and hygiene awareness
  • Technical understanding
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, diligence, flexibility
  • Independent and solution-orientated way of working
  • Affinity for fresh food and fish

The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,879.63 gross per month (38.5 hours/week) with 4 years of previous service.
