YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:

You are the first point of contact for customers and handle inquiries, orders and complaints. -
You act as the central interface between our customers and internal departments and ensure a smooth flow of information. -
You will be involved in the further development of our product range, which you will tailor to the needs of consumers. -
An important task is quantity planning together with customers. -
You will also create price lists and process daily invoices.
THESE ARE THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:

Completed commercial or technical training -
ideally professional experience in the areas of key account management and product management -
Experience in the retail or food sector -
very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP knowledge an advantage -
Very good knowledge of German and English at least B1 level, both written and spoken -
High customer orientation -
Ability to work independently, structured and efficiently on networked issues -
friendly, respectful and appreciative communication style, combined with persuasiveness and a confident manner
