YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:

  • You are the first point of contact for customers and handle inquiries, orders and complaints.
  • You act as the central interface between our customers and internal departments and ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • You will be involved in the further development of our product range, which you will tailor to the needs of consumers.
  • An important task is quantity planning together with customers.
  • You will also create price lists and process daily invoices.

THESE ARE THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • ideally professional experience in the areas of key account management and product management
  • Experience in the retail or food sector
  • very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP knowledge an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English at least B1 level, both written and spoken
  • High customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently, structured and efficiently on networked issues
  • friendly, respectful and appreciative communication style, combined with persuasiveness and a confident manner

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,778.22 gross per month (38.5h/week) with at least 4 years of previous service.
