To support our QM team at the IFS, MSC, ASC, AMA, GGN and organic certified production site in Perschling, we are looking for new employees for quality assurance and quality control.
Your contribution to success:
- You are responsible for ensuring and monitoring product quality in incoming and outgoing goods
- You will be responsible for actively checking deliveries and documenting them in accordance with QM and customer specifications
- You will process complaints and send them to the suppliers
- You are also responsible for checking the correct product labelling
- Ongoing monitoring of the entire production process and ensuring product conformity in collaboration with production, intralogistics and QM
- Hygiene and cleanliness checks in the plant
- CCP, CP and QP monitoring
- Sampling and carrying out simple laboratory analyses and sending samples to external laboratories, preparing samples for tasting
- Monitoring of pest control
- Carrying out staff training
- Management of retained samples
These skills are what set you apart:
- Completed training specialising in food technology or similar (apprenticeship, technical college or HTL)
- Professional experience in quality assurance or quality control is advantageous
- Ideally knowledge of food law
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Driving licence B and own car advantageous (to reach the workplace)
- Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday (5-day week, working hours 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.) and to work in refrigerated areas (0 - 8°C)
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, diligence, flexibility
- Structured, independent and solution-orientated approach
- Enjoy working with fresh food (fresh fish and seafood)
