Your contribution to success:

You look after our customers in food retail and wholesale -
You are responsible for order processing - from order entry to order processing and invoicing -
You prepare quotations in consultation with suppliers and other internal departments -
You are also jointly responsible for price calculation -
You process customer orders, record them in the system and are responsible for the availability of goods and quantity reconciliations -
You will also be responsible for organizing transport and logistics
These skills are what set you apart:
- Completed commercial training
- at least 3 years of professional experience in internal sales and customer service
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP knowledge an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English at least B1 level, written and spoken
- Market and product know-how in the food service & industry sector
- High customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Structured & organized way of working
- friendly, respectful and appreciative communication style, combined with persuasiveness and self-confidence
- Commercial thinking and negotiating skills
