YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:

  • You are no stranger to supply chain management
  • You ensure that the right amount of raw materials, materials and packaging are always available by placing orders in good time and monitoring delivery quantities and deadlines
  • You plan and coordinate resources so that everything runs smoothly and the raw materials, materials and packaging are used optimally
  • You monitor stock levels to ensure that everything is ready for production
  • You organize transports efficiently to deliver our products on time
  • You work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure that processes are seamlessly integrated
  • Preparation of master data (prices, article data, ...) and general administrative and organizational activities (invoice control, complaint management) are also part of your tasks

THESE ARE THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Ideally professional experience in the areas of purchasing, logistics or forwarding
  • Experience in the retail or food sector
  • Knowledge of merchandise management and scheduling is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP knowledge an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, at least B2 level, written and spoken
  • Ability to work on networked issues independently, in a structured and efficient manner
  • Friendly, respectful and appreciative communication style, combined with persuasiveness and a confident manner
  • Economic and analytical thinking

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,778.22 gross per month (38.5h/week) with at least 4 years of previous service.
