Your contribution to success:
- You are responsible for ensuring and monitoring product quality in the incoming goods department and warehouse
- You carry out appropriate corrective measures in the event of any deviations
- You will be responsible for CCP, CP and QP monitoring
- You check the deliveries according to quality management specifications and our customers' specifications and keep the documentation
- You process complaints and send them to the suppliers
- You are also responsible for checking product labeling
- Ongoing monitoring of the entire production process and ensuring product conformity
- Hygiene and cleanliness checks in the plant
- Taking samples and carrying out simple laboratory analyses as well as sending samples to external laboratories for complex analyses, preparing samples for tasting
- Monitoring pest control
- Carrying out staff training
- Taking over the management of retained samples
These skills are what set you apart:
- Completed or ongoing training with a focus on food technology or similar (apprenticeship, HTL or degree)
- First professional experience in quality assurance advantageous
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Ideally knowledge of food law
- Driving license B and own car advantageous (to reach the workplace)
- Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, diligence
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach

Part-time or full-time employment possible The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,741.61 gross per month with at least 2 years of previous service (based on 38.5 hours per week, to be calculated on a pro rata basis depending on the number of hours worked).
