Your contribution to success:

You are responsible for commissioning and ensuring the proper operation of the production facilities -
You will monitor and optimize the production processes -
You will actively participate in production work, e.g. preparation, processing, packaging, labeling, cleaning of equipment and work areas -
You will also be responsible for managing production employees, staff scheduling and daily planning -
You are the interface to production management and other work areas in production -
You carry out and document quality controls -
Compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards is also part of your area of responsibility
These skills are what set you apart:
- Completed vocational training desirable, preferably in the food environment
- Relevant experience as a foreman, machine or plant operator
- Experience in leading teams
- Experience in a line-managed production plant in the food sector is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German
- High quality and hygiene awareness
- Physical resilience - willingness to get stuck in
- Willingness to work 2 shifts from 6 am to 8 pm (no night shift) and to work in refrigerated areas (0 to 8 degrees)

For this position, a gross monthly salary on a full-time basis of € 2,240.38 plus a voluntary hardship allowance of € 180 and a foreman’s allowance of € 600 is provided.
