Your contribution to success:
- You are responsible for the proper operation of incoming goods, order picking and outgoing goods
- You organize the flow of goods for maximum efficiency
- You will be responsible for managing warehouse employees, staff scheduling and daily planning
- You will be actively involved in receiving, checking and storing goods as well as picking and shipping goods
- You monitor the stock levels
- Recording incoming and outgoing goods in the merchandise management system is also part of your area of responsibility
- You carry out and document quality controls
- You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards
These skills are what set you apart:
- Completed vocational training or several years of experience in the warehouse / logistics sector
- Management experience
- Forklift license is an advantage
- User knowledge of merchandise management systems
- Very good knowledge of German
- Careful, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- High awareness of quality and hygiene
- physical resilience - willingness to lend a hand
- willingness to work 2 shifts Monday - Saturday from 5 am to 9 pm (no night shift) and to work in refrigerated areas (0 - 4°C)
