Your contribution to success:

You are responsible for the management and further development of an experienced team of 3 people -
You take on the cross-departmental interface function in the context of certifications or new product developments -
You are involved in product design (recipe, packaging, tastings, etc.) and product conception -
You are responsible for the continuous development of quality standards and processes, while keeping an eye on legal requirements -
You investigate and document deviations and complaints and coordinate corrective and preventative measures -
You are responsible for preparing and supporting certifications as part of audits -
Ongoing analyses to ensure supplier quality and supplier development are also part of your area of responsibility -
You act as an interface to the QM of our suppliers, customers and our partner companies in the binca group
These skills are what set you apart:
- Completed higher education with a focus on food technology or similar (HTL or degree)
- At least 4 years of professional experience in quality management or control management, preferably in the food industry
- management experience
- Ideally knowledge of food law and experience with certifications
- Business management knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English at least B1 level, written and spoken
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, diligence
- Initiative and solution-oriented approach
