binca manufaktur brings Mediterranean flavour to Vienna – as part of the Interspar "Bella Italia Genussreise"

On 15 May, binca manufaktur took part in the INTERSPAR "Bella Italia Genussreise" with its own tasting stand at INTERSPAR Schottentor in Vienna. At the centre of attention was an innovative new product from the fish & seafood range: a Mediterranean-inspired octopus salad with potatoes and Taggiasca olives – carefully seasoned, freshly prepared, and in the trusted binca quality.

The event gave numerous visitors the opportunity to sample the octopus salad on site – and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Participating in the INTERSPAR culinary tour is a valuable platform for binca manufaktur, a company of the binca group. It allows for personal, face-to-face presentation of new product innovations.

The event in Vienna marked a successful start – but the culinary journey is far from over: in the coming weeks, further stops are planned in Innsbruck, Graz, and Villach, where binca manufaktur will once again be present.
