Leadership starts on the ground: Leadership Training for our Foremen

In a 10-hour leadership training held at the binca manufaktur in Perschling, our team leaders joined forces with the HR team to strengthen their leadership roles – hands-on, reflective, and with a clear direction.

Active listening, giving feedback, and embracing a learning culture

Looking Ahead: A shared leadership framework is set to be developed, offering clear orientation for all. To round off the training, CEO Oliver Fritsch addressed the group – with appreciation and a strong emphasis on the importance of effective and grounded leadership.
