Prawn Training for Our Partners

On 30 September and 1 October, we held a comprehensive training session for our customer Metro, with prawns in all their variety taking centre stage. The workshop took place both at our company site in St. Pölten and directly at Metro, led by Oliver Fritsch, CEO of the binca group.

Knowledge Transfer for Our Partners

The training began with an engaging presentation that provided insights into the origin of our prawns, their processing, and our extensive expertise. This was followed by a practical session: in our Soul Kitchen, participants were able to taste a wide range of shrimp varieties – from trusted classics to special delicacies. The combination of information, tasting and exchange made the training a true experience for all the senses.

For us, this format is more than just a workshop. It stands for knowledge transfer in action: we share our expertise in quality, processing and professional presentation directly with our partners, creating real added value for our joint collaboration.
