The training began with an engaging presentation that provided insights into the origin of our prawns, their processing, and our extensive expertise. This was followed by a practical session: in our Soul Kitchen, participants were able to taste a wide range of shrimp varieties – from trusted classics to special delicacies. The combination of information, tasting and exchange made the training a true experience for all the senses.
For us, this format is more than just a workshop. It stands for knowledge transfer in action: we share our expertise in quality, processing and professional presentation directly with our partners, creating real added value for our joint collaboration.
