Your contribution to success:
- Ensuring proper operations in the areas of incoming goods, order picking and outgoing goods
- Organizing the flow of goods for maximum efficiency
- Active cooperation in receiving, checking and storing goods
- Active cooperation in order picking and outgoing goods
- Monitoring stock levels
- Recording incoming and outgoing goods in the merchandise management system
- Daily planning and staff scheduling
- Management of warehouse employees
- Compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards
- Carrying out and documenting quality controls
These skills are what set you apart:
- Completed vocational training or several years of experience in the warehouse / logistics sector
- Management experience
- Forklift license is an advantage
- User knowledge of merchandise management systems
- Very good knowledge of German
- Careful, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- High awareness of quality and hygiene
- physical resilience - willingness to lend a hand
- willingness to work 2 shifts Monday - Saturday from 5 am to 9 pm (no night shift) and to work in refrigerated areas (0 - 4°C)
