For the service company of the binca group, we are looking for reinforcement in our HR team.

Your contribution to success:

  • Taking on tasks in the area of personnel administration: master data maintenance, administration of documents, coordination of appointments, etc.
  • Personnel management with all necessary administrative tasks, e.g. drawing up contracts, preparing references
  • Payroll accounting, preparatory activities for external payroll accounting and support for the time management system
  • Registering and deregistering employees, managing absences such as sick leave, overtime accounting, etc.
  • Collaboration on HR projects and HR reporting
  • Providing information on employment, collective bargaining and social security issues within the Group

These skills set you apart:

  • Completed higher commercial training with relevant professional experience in payroll accounting / personnel administration or completed payroll accounting exam
  • Professional experience in personnel administration and/or payroll accounting
  • Experience with time recording programs and in employment law is an advantage
  • Proactive personality with a networked way of thinking, solution-oriented way of working, service orientation & high ability to work in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams), very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,705.36 gross per month with 5 years of previous service. The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience and will be agreed individually in an interview.
