The brand new binca manufaktur in Perschling - just outside the gates of St. Pölten, the capital of Lower Austria - is Austria's largest and most modern fresh fish processing and refinement factory.
We are part of the binca group, a strong group of companies that specialises in fish and seafood and operates its own production facilities in Belgium and Austria. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:
- Acceptance and inspection of the provided raw material and preparation
- machine skinning and injection
- manual and machine-assisted cutting operations
- Seasoning and marinating
- Mechanical packaging
- Cleaning of the work areas
THESE ARE THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Ongoing training
- Minimum age: 18 years
- very good knowledge of German
- high quality and hygiene awareness
- impeccable reputation
- Independent travel required (no public travel currently possible)
- Residence in the vicinity of Perschling is an advantage
