YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:
- In this exciting position with deputy leadership, you are responsible for and optimise the entire production process
- You manage the areas of defrosting, preparation and packaging, which you lead both disciplinarily and professionally and are responsible for the compliance and further development of the processes.
- Ensuring compliance with and monitoring of quality standards, hygiene regulations and legal requirements are also part of your responsibilities
- You will work closely with the production management and the specialist departments.
- You are responsible for the daily production and the coordination with the production planning.
- Representing the production manager during his absence rounds off your responsibilities
THESE ARE THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:
- You have completed an apprenticeship, ideally in the food sector
- You have several years of professional experience in a production company - preferably in the food industry
- You have knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system - ideally MS Dynamics 365
- You are a team player who nevertheless leads your team through communication and leadership skills
- You are willing to work in 2 shifts from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. (no night shift) and in refrigerated areas (mainly between 2 and 8 degrees)
- You keep an overview in stressful situations and have hands-on mentality
- You have leadership experience, especially with multicultural teams
- Very good German language skills and knowledge of any other language complete your profile
