Team Management
With Oliver Fritsch and Axel Verberckmoes, the binca group is led by a dynamic duo. Their tasks within bg management und holding GmbH, based in St. Pölten, Austria, include determining the corporate goals and strategies of the binca group. Furthermore, resources are provided to deal with future tasks. Group-wide capital, liquidity and profit planning are as much a part of the job as the development of new business areas and investment priorities. The team works for the group's interest and the sustainable increase of the value of the individual companies. Operational management with responsibility for results lies with the companies of the binca group.
Mag. Oliver Fritsch
Oliver has extensive entrepreneurial experience along the entire fish and seafood value chain. He works on a European and international level with business partners and clients in retail, foodservice and food industry.
In the management holding, Oliver is responsible for the areas of finance, strategic sourcing frozen, sustainability and digitalisation.
He is also managing director of concept cool Vertriebsgesellschaft m.b.H (concept cool), St. Pölten, and BINCA Handels GmbH (binca manufaktur), Perschling, both in Austria.
Axel Verberckmoes
Axel has fish and seafood literally in his blood: he was born into a traditional seafood family. He learned the business from the bottom up, so to speak. He knows the global sourcing markets and is an expert in the primary processing of salmon.
In the management holding he is responsible for strategic sourcing fresh, purchasing and production.
He is also managing director of cps processing BV and de vis factorij BV, both based in Riemst, Belgium.
