Your contribution to success:
- Commissioning and ensuring the proper operation of the production facilities
- Monitoring and optimizing production processes
- Active participation in production work, e.g. preparation, processing, packaging, labeling, cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Daily planning and staff scheduling
- Management of production employees
- Compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards
- Carrying out and documenting quality controls
- Interface with production management and other work areas in production
These skills are what set you apart:
- Completed vocational training desirable, preferably in the food environment
- Relevant experience as a foreman, machine or plant operator
- Experience in leading teams
- Experience in a line-managed production plant in the food sector is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German
- High quality and hygiene awareness
- Physical resilience - willingness to get stuck in
- Willingness to work 2 shifts from 5 am to 9 pm (no night shift) and to work in refrigerated areas (8 degrees)
